Dusting Includes:

Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures, Wall Hangings, and Furniture (including any décor or picture frames placed on the furniture). The cleaners will use a swiffer extended wand or a similar duster to dust with and they will wipe and/or polish the furniture surfaces as needed. Blinds / Window seals and Baseboards are rotated if you are cleaned weekly or bi-weekly and both are dusted if you are cleaned monthly.

1st Clean:

A one-time charge for your first cleaning due to the extra scrubbing and dusting involved.

Sheet Changing:

The master bedroom is included in the quote and all additional beds are $5.00 each upon request unless worked in with your original quote.

Weekly or Bi-weekly:

Cleaning includes all check points below with the blinds / window seals and baseboards being rotated.

Monthly:

Cleaning includes all check points below with both the blinds / window seals and the baseboards being dusted.
